manufacture and ship all of our items from this location.
Where does Imagination Creations ship too?
At this time, we are only shipping online retail orders to the 50 US states and territories. However, we are happy to open wholesale accounts that wish to resell Imagination Creations in their brick and mortar stores in any country! Fill out the form on the contact page and we will get back with you in 1-2 business days!
Are there returns?
We will quickly and efficiently handle any and all returns and exchanges for any reason! If there was an error on our end, we will be responsible for any and all expenses that are incurred with making things right! If you need a different size or decided on a different color, we will ask for you to ship the item back to us and once received we will ship the new item to you at our expense. Basically, you will just be responsible for the return shipping to our warehouse.
